Grapes sourced from the Santa Lucia Highlands of Monterey County. Hand picked at the peak of ripeness and whole cluster pressed. Aged in 50% New French Oak and 50% Stainless Steel (aged for 12 months).
Aromas of honey and dried apricots, mangos and sweet wood. The flavors carry that forward, with caramelized apples, melted marshmallow and all types of dried fruit, but with lots of acidic verve too.
